Announcing Buzz Health President, Joseph Kleiman

It’s my pleasure to announce that Joseph Kleiman (Joe), my longtime colleague and partner, has been promoted to President of Buzz Health and will continue serving on our Board.

Having worked alongside Joe for over 15 years, I can confidently say that few people have as deep an understanding of the prescription industry—particularly cash and non-insurance workflows—as he does. His leadership has been instrumental in establishing BuzzRx as a nationally trusted platform, recognized for strong partnerships, operational excellence, and delivering meaningful prescription savings for customers nationwide.

Joe’s expertise spans founding and scaling businesses, managing complex operations, and aligning strategy with execution. Before joining BuzzRx, he built and led companies across various industries, including consulting, media, retail, and wireless mobile services. Joe’s entrepreneurial background has shaped his leadership at BuzzRx to be visionary yet practical, disciplined, and deeply informed by how systems actually operate in the real world. Having previously served as both Chief Operating and Financial Officer, Joe has long operated at the highest levels of organizational leadership, making this promotion a well-earned recognition of his consistent impact.

Joseph’s leadership has shaped the evolution of our business, guiding strategic pivots aligned with the evolving prescription discount landscape. Nearly five years ago, he sensed a shift: major pharmacy chains were beginning to view cash discount programs less as a threat to the bottom line and more as tools to improve medication access, adherence, and patient satisfaction. Joe saw an opportunity to enhance prescription workflow systems through seamless API connections, which evolved into Buzz Health’s modular suite of savings solutions benefiting both businesses and patients. His vision laid the foundation for the strategic path we are now pursuing as Buzz Health. 

Buzz Health marks our next chapter: transforming from point solutions to essential prescription infrastructure. With Joe’s deep understanding guiding us forward, we continue to be a trusted partner to healthcare organizations across the nation.
