Fifteen years ago, we started BuzzRx with a simple belief that no one should have to choose between filling a prescription and affording everyday life.

What began as a free prescription savings program quickly revealed a much bigger opportunity. When given the right tools at the point of sale, pharmacists could help patients save more money—and the impact could scale. To date, BuzzRx has helped consumers save more than $2.5 billion nationwide.

However, with that growth came an important realization: the prescription journey is deeply fragmented, and many of the biggest barriers to affordability emerge long before a patient reaches the pharmacy counter.

Coverage rules, pricing logic, system limitations, and disconnected workflows all shape outcomes upstream. Helping at the counter was necessary—but it wasn’t enough.

These insights are what led us here today.

I’m proud to announce the launch of Buzz Health—our evolution from a single solution into an integrated suite of modular prescription technology platforms designed to support the full prescription lifecycle.

Buzz Health brings together:

  • BuzzRx, a trusted prescription savings program supporting nonprofits and white-label partners

  • RxCompare, a flexible comparison and marketplace platform that simplifies savings decisions and pharmacy workflows

  • RxAffect, a real-time adjudication platform that enables transparent, intelligent cash-claim processing at the point of sale

Together, these platforms serve as the intelligence layer behind prescription pricing, routing, and fulfillment—enabling pharmacies, health plans, PBMs, and healthcare partners to close coverage gaps, improve efficiency, and ultimately expand patient access to medications.

This isn’t about replacing existing systems, but strengthening them. It’s about embedding real-time intelligence into the prescription workflow, so when coverage falls short, pricing is opaque, or claims are denied, there’s a smarter path forward.

When patients take medications as prescribed, everyone benefits. Yet non-adherence still costs the U.S. healthcare system hundreds of billions of dollars each year. We believe that our flexible, secure prescription technology can play a meaningful role in improving those outcomes.

Buzz Health and its portfolio of prescription savings solutions mark a decisive step forward: transforming from point solutions into essential infrastructure that drives impact across the full prescription journey.

I’m incredibly proud of our team, grateful to the partners who’ve grown with us, and energized by what’s ahead as we continue expanding into health plans, employer groups, EMR/EHR integrations, and beyond.

The future of prescription access will be more connected, more transparent, and more patient-centric—and we’re excited to help build it.
